I find it interesting how many people give Full Sail a bad rap. Yes, its expensive, its hours suck, and its hard at times. Some of the programs aren’t that good, but, people automatically think its a bad school from a few reviews on the series of tubes that we call the internet. What many people don’t realise, is that many, if not all of the negative reviews were for only a couple of Full Sail’s programs. I have yet to find a negative review on my degree program, being Show Production.

Many people say that the school has very few success stories, and few industry pros. I can only speak for the classes I’ve had so far, and what those teachers have said. Well, so far, I have heard about many FS graduates that have gone on to be on large tours, or other large venues. One of my teachers has met Angus Young, backstage on tour. We work with a lot of equipment that is currently in use on major tours, and some that is not available yet. Many industry pros visit the school, and speak to students and faculty. But again, that is only for Show Production, with the classes I have taken, and currently taking.
